This is an ongoing quest trying to find the perfect homemade bread recipe.  I want a dough that I can mix in my Ninja Blender that isn’t super dense and doesn’t take all day to raise.  Unfortunately, this isn’t that bread dough.
Thus far, my attempts have not been successful. Â Mixing the dough is working fine, but the bread is more dense than I’d like. Â This particular recipe works pretty well in my blender. Â Using the dough blade, it mixes well but sticks to the blade.
This bread will make a fantastic homemade toast, but isn’t the bread that I’m going for.  My end goal is to find a bread recipe that is great for sandwiches.  Store bought bread has that soft, airy texture that is hard to replicate at home.  Most of the breads I have made at home end up very dense.
Once I figure out a good bread recipe I generally try it in other recipes like Stromboli.  It is easy to add some Italian seasoning to a bread dough to make it into garlic bread.  I’d also like to try it in biscuits and other crust type recipes like Taco Pie or Chicken Bacon Ranch Pie.
