Jalapeno Bombs

Jalapeno Bombs

Jalapeno bombs, where do I even begin.  These things are delicious.  It’s really a combination of two different recipes.  I took atomic buffalo turds and brown sugar cocktail wieners and came up with this recipe.

I give you jalapeno bombs.  A cheese filled cocktail wiener, stuffed inside a cream cheese filled jalapeño, wrapped in bacon and cooked in brown sugar.  They are sweet.  They are spicy.  In a word, they are delicious.

I brought them to a Super Bowl Party this year and came home with an empty pan.  If you are tired of bringing the same old food to potluck parties then this recipe is for you.  They are perfect for parties.  No utensils required.  Grab them by the toothpick and throw em on a plate.

You will want to make sure you line your cake pan with foil or the brown sugar will be a pain to clean up.  Make sure to use a pan with sides tall enough to not spill over.  You will have quite the mess if you have brown sugar and bacon grease spilling into your oven or grill.  Speaking of grills, I cannot wait to try this on the grill this coming summer.
