This is an ongoing quest trying to find the perfect homemade bread recipe.  I want a dough that I can mix in my Ninja Blender that isn’t super dense.  Thus far, my attempts have not been successful.  Mixing the dough is working fine, but the bread is more dense than I’d like.  I was closer to my desired consistency on this bread than I have been in the past but it’s still not quite right.
This bread will make a fantastic homemade toast, but isn’t the sandwich bread that I’m going for.
Bread is one of the most common foods on earth. Â It might be the most common. Â There are a million different variations of it and it’s something I am just beginning to explore. Â While the end result that I am looking for is a good sandwich bread; there are a lot of other recipes that I want to perfect bread for. Â I really enjoy a marble rye bread that combines rye and pumpernickel. Â That is my favorite bread to use for grilled cheese or patty melts. Â Garlic bread is another favorite that can basically be made out of any bread recipe. Â Add some butter and garlic and serve with any Italian dish.
