A homemade spaghetti recipe is something I have been thinking about trying for a while.  Homemade chicken alfredo is one of my favorite foods and I have oft thought of trying to perfect spaghetti.
Homemade spaghetti sauce recipe can have a number of different variables. Â There are multiple choices at any grocery store you go to. Â Mine is relatively standard but feel free to add additional vegetables or remove the meat from this recipe.
I am a fan of thick vegetables in my spaghetti sauce, but am not a fan of mushrooms. Â Therefor, I start my sauce off with thick cut peppers, onions and fresh garlic and then add my sauces and seasonings. Â I did add a tablespoon of sugar to sweeten up a little bit. Â If I’m being honest, I was expecting this to have too much tomato flavor in it. Â I was expecting a goulash taste. Â While I wouldn’t say this is quite to the level of my Alfredo recipe, I was presently surprised to find that this was on par with anything that I had purchased at the store in the past. Â Like all things, I will most likely modify this the next time I make it. Â I will update this recipe when I do.
