Homemade Buffalo Wings

Made from scratch buffalo wings with a siracha kick

Equipment

  • Large cast iron griddle
  • Medium sized bowl for marinating
  • Tin foil

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pounds chicken wings and/or drummies cooked
  • 1 cups Frank's Red Hot Buffalo Sauce
  • 1 cups Cookies Buffalo Sauce
  • 1 sticks butter
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha

Instructions
 

  • Melt butter in small pan
  • Add both buffalo sauces and butter to a bowl
  • Add pre-cooked wings to bowl of sauce and allow to marinate for as long as you like
  • Set over to broil
  • Line your griddle with tin foil and place marinated wings on tin foil (don't throw out your marinade)
  • Place wings in broiler and broil until the sauce just starts to turn brown
  • Remove wings and place in bowl of marinade to recoat
  • Drizzle wings with siracha
  • Return wings to broiler and cook until just starting to brown
  • Remove and serve with your favorite wing dressing
